1 lb. hot Italian sausage

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. bacon, diced

1 onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 cup all-purpose flour


In a large pot over medium heat, cook sausage, beef, and bacon until browned. Drain fat and add onion and green pepper, cooking until softened.
